Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointment times are reserved for each client and oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, clients more than 10 minutes late are presumed a "no-show".

  • Clients are required to prepay for services while booking an appointment.

  • Clients will not receive a refund or credit for cancellation or “no show” with less than 24-hour notification. 

  • Clients will receive a phone call at scheduled appointment time. Clients more than 10 minutes late are presumed a "no-show" and will not receive a refund or credit for prepayment.

  • Rescheduling and cancellation requests made via email are not accepted. Please call or text 614-304-1042.
