Scheduling & Cancellations
  • All services require prepayment at time of booking. 

  • Clients will not receive a refund or credit for cancellations or “no shows” with less than 24-hour notification.

  • Distant energy healing clients will receive a phone call at scheduled appointment time. Clients more than 10 minutes late are presumed a "no-show" and will not receive a refund or credit.

  • Rescheduling and cancellation requests made via email are not accepted. Please call or text 614-304-1042.

Late Arrivals

Appointment times are reserved for each client and oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time will result in the loss of time from your scheduled service. Refunds and credits will not be issued for late arrivals.

In-Office Services: Please fill out the electronic Covid-19 contract and intake form prior to appointment. Clients more than 10 minutes late are presumed a "no-show" and will not receive a refund or credit for prepaid services.

Distant Services: Please fill out the electronic intake form prior to appointment. Distant energy healing clients will receive a phone call at their scheduled appointment time. Clients more than 10 minutes late are presumed a "no-show" and will not receive a refund or credit for prepaid services.

Illness & Inclement Weather

The services offered are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please notify us to reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition or fever.

 

Inclement weather may also result in the need for rescheduling and we will do our best to give advance notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Fees for scheduling changes or cancellations due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
