We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for any scheduling changes or cancellation requests.

 

Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice we are often unable to fill your appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also to other clients who miss the chance to receive the services they need.

 

  • All services should be scheduled online and prepayment is required at the time of booking. 

  • You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price for cancellations or “no shows” with less than 24-hour notification. 
    Clients who fail to show up for appointments may be asked to prepay for future services.

  • A $40 fee will be enforced for appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.

  • Rescheduling and cancellation requests made via email are not accepted.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow ample time to fill out or update the required paperwork.

Appointment times are reserved for each client and oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late.

For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your scheduled service and your session will end at the scheduled end time. Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival.

Reiki, massage, and MediCupping™ therapies are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please notify us to reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition or fever.

 

Inclement weather may also result in the need for rescheduling and we will do our best to give advance notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Fees for scheduling changes or cancellations due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
