Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointment times are reserved for each client and oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, clients more than 5 minutes late are presumed a "no-show".

  • Clients are required to prepay for services while booking an appointment.

  • Clients will not receive a refund or credit for cancellation or “no show” with less than 24-hour notification. 

  • Clients will receive a phone call at scheduled appointment time. Clients more than 5 minutes late are presumed a "no-show" and will not receive a refund or credit for prepayment.

  • Rescheduling and cancellation requests made via email are not accepted. Please call or text 614-304-1042.
